“Basically we migrated from Mumbai in 2013. In 2012 when we planned to invest in Gujarat, for that we visited Gandhinagar/ Ahmedabad twice. During our that couple of visits, we visited almost 30 residential sites in Gandhinagar including Siddhraj Zold. Before finalizing, in our 3rd visit, we visited 20+ residential sites in Ahmedabad also. Out of these 50+ sites, we not found a single site which was nearer to Siddhraj Zold premises. We were highly impressed with their planning, workmanship with minute detailing, quality of work, transperancy in deal & of course single rate policy. In just 3 days’ time we confirmed 3 penthouses and after a couple of months 2 more penthouses for my friend & relatives. Since last 6 years, we 3 families are staying in Zold and we feel proud about that we are staying in Gandhinagar’s No. 1 residential premises in flat system as on today. We enjoy nicely landscaped garden, zullas n sittings in stilt areas. Whoever our friends, relatives visit our Zold, they also get impressed. As per my past 3 experiences of builders, all of them treat society members professionally. Whereas Chaitanyabhai personally took the interest in day to day management of the Zold & after thorough guidence & training he handededover the charge to the Zold committee.”
